I just want to finish your fragment of Article II, Section I of the Constitution:

“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”

This is meant to be understood that you do have to be a natural born citizen, and even if you were a natural born citizen you would not be qualified to run for President if you had not lived in the US for at least 14 years. Obama is not a natural born citizen and he is much too young to have been alive when the Constitution was written, which is what the “or a citizen of the United States” means…

Not too mention many times Americans acquired their slaves by purchasing them from African slave traders. Also not to bring up the fact America purchased Liberia so all the formerly enslaved blacks could go back to Africa for free and get back to their heritage. Most of them chose not too because they remembered what savages they lived around. They remembered other tribes raiding their village at nights. They remember living with cannibals. They knew America would be the better place to start their life, and the better place for their children and grand children to start their lives. I know plenty of black people who are as sick of you and other people whining about the slave days that are long since past, and acting like Modern America is to blame as I am.

Well, Get it Right, I did!
The information you supplied was and is basically irrelevant to topic under discussion. The focus is America, the blacks that were brought here, and their subsequent fate. So much for that! It’s funny how people are categorized when people like you cannot respond intellectually. You tag me as a liberal, little do you know! I make Pat Buchanan a liberal by my conservative nature and standards. And that’s what’s wrong with the GOP, Limbaugh et al, they have lost their way. Limbaugh and his Cool-Aid drinking fans have lost reality in what constitutes a true conservative. Limbaugh should be constantly upbraiding the GOP for their insignificant choice for presidential candidate. Instead, Limbaugh et al carry the water for the now moderate GOP. What a mess! I still believe that racism is extant in America. Obama needs to be elected President. Why? The GOP needs a good stiff slap in the face for the political antics of the past four years. Maybe by 2012 the GOP (if you can call it that) will undergo a true conservative makeover and become real conservatives once again. But, don’t hold your breath.
